I purchased a pair of slippers and requested a refund. I was provided with a return address, but no shipping label. When I followed up to clarify whether a label could be issued, particularly if the return was processed as an exchange, I received a brusque response written in all capital letters, which came across as unnecessarily aggressive.
Clear and courteous communication should be standard in customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short.
I love uggs. This sole is very heavy and stiff. It might be better with a sole half the width so it can bend a little easier and wouldn’t feel so heavy on the foot. I still love them and wear them every day.

They fit maybe a little too snugly. Hopefully they'll stretch a little over time. Was hoping the inner fluff was going to be sheep's wool. I don't think it is. Doesn't look like it. Hoping this won't make a difference. Only time will tell. Otherwise, they look great. Packaging was excellent and arrived in great time, considering I live in a small country town.

I had bought 2x cloud slippers, when i opened the packets they were different sizes although it had the same size written on the back of the slippers therefore i cannot wear the other pair & i believe i cannot return them as i tried them on. I am not very happy at all.

I LOVE my new slippers. They are super soft inside & out. They felt a bit tight when I first put them on because of all of the fur on the inside but within a day they fit perfectly! I would definitely buy again!

Very disappointed with their response I accidentally brought 2pairs of men’s sandals same size for my grandson I emailed customer service how do I return them as I kept one of the sandals for my grandson if they can exchange one pair as I live on Gold Coast their is no Ugg outlet here I had to return them to Melbourne or NSW it would have cost me $25 to return the pair as I brought them on sale customer service knew I had made a mistake with the item’s buying 2pairs of men’s sandals. It wasn’t the money that upset me it’s the fact you have to pay the return item your self so I decided to give them to the homeless!!
These are for my husband who has nuropathy problems. He loves them this is his third pair.
