First time buying from this shop and i was not disappointed. These shoes are so comfortable and the price is excellent, just like the sketchers and B store but a quarter of the price. My daughter even wanted a pair as they were so comfortable. I bought a pair in each colour. Will definitely re purchase.
I had a very bad experience. I accidentally bought the wrong shoe size and tried to contact customer service, but the email address didn’t work. I also tried other ways to reach you, but nothing worked. Now I’m stuck with a shoe that’s too big. Please let me know what I can do to exchange or return it.

I bought a pair of these shoes first for myself, after 2 weeks of wearing the button which secures the strap fell off. I emailed about this and received a second pair for free and was assured this was a one-off. I was satisfied with this so when my partner commented that he wanted a similar pair, I bought them in his size. After a few weeks of wear the same thing happened to his.
I started wearing my new pair recently as the strap fully fell off the first pair, and now the button has come off the new pair too.
Overall the rest of the shoe seems to be good quality, just poor quality buttons. Because of this I wouldn't recommend purchasing them.
