I love these flats so much I have 6 pair. I’m only ever wearing these from this day forward 😊 The most comfortable shoe ever. Love the pink, the yellow is more of a natural shade / skin colour. I’m buying a few of the silver also.

These are very soft and elegant. Very happy with these shoes.

I looked everywhere for shoes for my wedding, I ended up here and found the perfect pair! I have small feet and often have to resort to childrens' shoes, but small sizes are available which is fantastic. Sizing is accurate to what I usually wear. I add heel-slip-stoppers to all my flats, which is why they are in the photo.

It has taken me a while to find some flats that I like the look of. I didn't know the range of shoes Ugg actually made and was looking for boots (which I also bought) when I came across the Serena shoes. I love their classic, understated but quality look and that they are mainly leather. They are as equally comfortable with the quilting.

Also been blown away by the quality of the customer service from the delivery and packaging to the actual assistance from the customer service team. Very responsive and fast with their action / turnaround time.
