Benjamin is cut from double-faced sheepskin, which means the smooth leather face you see and the wool you feel are the same hide rather than a shell with a lining stitched inside. That is what keeps the glove slim enough to drive or hold a phone in, while still being warm enough for a cold morning.

A whipstitch runs down each side seam, and the cut is close through the fingers so the glove moves with your hand instead of bunching. Wool breathes as well as it insulates, so these do not turn clammy the way a synthetic-lined glove does. In black.
