The Kenny is a structured mini bag in cow suede, with soft shearling wool panels down each side and a leather band across the front that fastens to a silver twist-lock. A short leather top handle carries it by hand, while the detachable leather strap lets you wear it over the shoulder or clip it to the base D-rings to convert into a small backpack.

It holds a phone, cardholder and keys behind the flap and keeps its shape neat under a coat. Carry it by the handle for errands or coffee, wear it crossbody on the commute, or switch to backpack mode for hands-free days. The chestnut and sand suede sit easily with denim, knits and winter neutrals.
