Do not trust. I sent boots back because they were too big, uggoutlet say they never received them, I tried to contact them a number of times never got much help. It was like o well bad luck. Yep, im not happy at all, im out 80 bux plus 20 for shipping. They're dodgy, never again, no nah nope!!!
