I ordered a pair of flats, the ordering process was easy. They were too small and the next size up wasn't available.
The return process is a little convoluted and required me to pay for the postage (shrug). BUT 1 week after tracking confirmed the shoes have been received back to the seller, I am yet to receive my refund.
